Can I access the app from multiple phones? 
Yes...You would simply share the same login information. 

How can I search other locations?
Just select "Search by Area" from the dropdown menu, or set a default location by changing your postal/zip code under the "Member Details" tab.

Are all coupons available from my mobile device?
No. Coupons available for mobile redemption show a phone icon.

How do I redeem an offer from my mobile device?
Select your desired offer and click the REDEEM button.


Can I still print the same coupon from my desktop computer?
Yes. Only if that specific coupon is available for multiple redemptions.

Printable Coupons

Can I print coupons from my mobile device?
At this time this feature is not available though the Reader Perks mobile app.
You can go to our mobile website and print from your mobile device.

I printed out a coupon but it never printed and now I cannot redeem it.
Please email with your email and which coupon failed to print

What should I do before I print?
Load your printer with paper.
Make sure your printer is turned on.

More than one printer?
Select the correct printer during "Printer Selection".

When do online coupons expire?
Online coupons expire 14 days after printing.

Are there rules for Printable Coupons?
Yes, each printable coupon clearly states the "Rules Of Use" for each merchant.
